Cancellation Policy
📄 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY (Place this on your Booking Page) Booking Requests & Approval All experiences on our platform are booked by request only. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Each request must be reviewed and approved by the host based on availability, location, and experience requirements. You will receive a response to your request within 48 hours. Booking Fee A $25 booking fee is collected at the time of request to reserve your spot and process the request. This fee is fully refundable if the request is declined by the host. This fee is applied toward your final experience total if the booking is approved and completed. Guest Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund of the $25 booking fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience are non-refundable. Requests may be rescheduled at no cost prior to host approval, subject to availability. Host Cancellation Policy If a host must cancel an approved booking for any reason: The $25 booking fee will be fully refunded, and We will assist in rescheduling with the same host or help you find an alternative experience, if available. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, no fees will be charged. Payment After Experience Final payment for the experience is collected after the experience has taken place, unless otherwise stated on the experience page. No additional charges are applied unless the booking is approved and completed. Fair Use & Reliability Repeated last-minute cancellations by guests or hosts may result in restricted booking privileges to protect the quality of the marketplace for everyone.
