At Local Legends Entertainment, we strive to deliver exceptional event experiences. This Refund Policy explains when customers are eligible for refunds on bookings made through www.localegendsent.com.

1. Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we do not store full card details.

2. Cancellation Refunds

  • More than 7 days before event: Full refund of all amounts paid.

  • Within 7 days of event: 50% refund of the total booking fee.

  • Within 48 hours of event: No refund.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Rescheduling Instead of Refund

  • Guests may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 72 hours before the event.

  • Reschedules requested within 72 hours of the event require a $50 fee.

  • If you choose to reschedule instead of cancel, no refund is issued — the payment will be applied to the new booking.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The event is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • The guest provides an inaccurate or incomplete address.

  • The event cannot proceed due to unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, or guest misconduct.

  • Alcohol is not supplied by the customer when required (per our Alcohol Policy).

5. Provider Cancellations

If a Local Legends Entertainment provider must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You may choose a full refund or a reschedule at no cost.

  • We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find a replacement provider when available.
