Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Local Legends Entertainment (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality private event experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines when refunds are available for bookings made through www.localegendsent.com.
By booking an experience, you agree to this policy.
1. Deposit & Payment Structure

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings once approved.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is successfully processed.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Failure to complete final payment may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
2. Cancellation Refund Schedule
Refund eligibility is based on the scheduled event date and time.
More Than 7 Days Before Event
Full refund of all amounts paid.
Within 7 Days of Event
50% refund of the total booking amount.
Within 48 Hours of Event
No refund.
No-Show
No refunds are provided for no-shows or failure to provide access to the event location.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling may be requested instead of cancellation.
Free Reschedule
Guests may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 72 hours before the event.
Late Reschedule
Requests made within 72 hours of the event are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling is subject to host and date availability.
If you choose to reschedule instead of canceling, payments already made will be applied to the new booking. No refund will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event

  • The guest provides an incorrect or inaccessible address

  • The event cannot proceed due to unsafe conditions at the venue

  • Local laws or venue rules prevent the event from taking place

  • Guest misconduct, intoxication, or disruptive behavior prevents service

  • Required event conditions are not met (e.g., alcohol not supplied by guest where applicable)

  • Final payment is not completed within required timeframe

5. Provider Cancellations
If a host or provider must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
You may choose:

  • A full refund, OR

  • A reschedule at no additional charge

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement host when possible but cannot guarantee availability.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue closures

  • Acts of God

In such cases, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without valid cause constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks and recover associated administrative costs.
8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing.

9. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
