Welcome to Local Legends Entertainment (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.localegendsent.com (“Site”) and all services and bookings made through us.
By using our Site or booking an experience, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment Terms
1.1 Deposit Requirement
All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the event date once approved.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is successfully processed.
1.2 Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Failure to complete final payment may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the deposit.
1.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
1.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without valid cause constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks and recover associated fees.
1.5 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Taxes may apply where required by law.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellations 7+ Days Before Event
Full refund of amounts paid.
2.2 Cancellations Within 7 Days
50% refund of total booking amount.
2.3 Cancellations Within 48 Hours
No refunds.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Free Reschedule
Guests may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 72 hours before the event.
3.2 Late Reschedule
Requests made within 72 hours are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
3.3 Availability
Rescheduling is subject to host and date availability.
4. Alcohol Policy
4.1 Alcohol Supply
Local Legends Entertainment does not provide alcohol. Guests are responsible for supplying any alcoholic beverages.
4.2 Responsible Consumption
Hosts may instruct, mix, or guide beverage preparation but promote responsible consumption.
4.3 Age Requirement
Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse service if unlawful activity is observed.
5. Guest Responsibilities
By booking an experience, you agree to:

Voluntarily assume all risks
Release and hold harmless Local Legends Entertainment and its hosts from claims for injury, loss, or damage
Agree that our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking
