Welcome to Local Legends Entertainment. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.localegendsent.com (“Site”), and all bookings made with us. By accessing the Site or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

1.1. Bookings are confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total fee is paid via Stripe at checkout.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
1.3. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.
1.4. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
2.3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
2.4. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1. Guests may reschedule their booking once at no charge if requested at least 72 hours before the event.
3.2. Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the event will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
3.3. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Alcohol Policy

4.1. Local Legends Entertainment does not supply alcohol for events. Guests are responsible for providing any alcoholic beverages.
4.2. Experience providers may educate, mix, or serve alcohol but are required to promote responsible consumption.
4.3. Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol at events. Valid ID may be required.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1. You must provide accurate booking details, including the event address, guest count, and contact information.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for the event, including compliance with local laws and venue policies.
5.3. You agree not to engage in unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive conduct during events.

6. Provider Information Sharing

6.1. To fulfill bookings, we share necessary details (your name, event location, phone number, guest count) with assigned experience providers.
6.2. Providers are contractually required to use this information solely for event delivery.

7. Liability Disclaimer

7.1. Local Legends Entertainment and its providers are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from your participation in events.
7.2. By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with event participation.
7.3. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on www.localegendsent.com, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Local Legends Entertainment and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Modifications

9.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
9.2. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
